- A few years ago, the Canadian – and globally the only manufacturer of this product – discontinued its production.
- We no longer have any new or used mills and no spare parts either!
- We still have a small inventory of battery packs. We will continue replacing those as long as our inventory lasts.

Upon confirmation of availability, proceed as follows:
- Provided the mill stopped working or no longer holds a charge, (last change of the battery pack happened around three to five years ago) and the mill has not any physical damage and has not been mishandled, then
- Remove the mill’s head and send the top part of the mill only (see photo)
- Package the mill head and send it to the address we will provide to you. (Please complete the form below)
- Please prepay the shipping costs. We will refuse any collect or bill to Selimex Inc. shipments!
- Upon receipt of the mill’s head, it will take us only a couple of days before we can return it. Note however we return the mill after receipt of good payment.
- The only warranty we give is the functioning of the battery pack (90 days).
- Should a mill not have worked for any other reason than needing new batteries, we will return the mill head upon your request. We will also refund your payment, minus the cost for the return shipment.
For battery pack replacements, only the top of the mill (as shown) should be sent to us.
Payment options:
Except for battery packs, our business has no need for consumer purchase oriented payment options. You may pay us as follows: (kindly inform us on your preference and we will provide further instructions:
1) Cheque drawn on a Canadian bank (allow some time for bank confirmation of good payment)
